The Skill Development Programme for Dhamma School Teachers
The Association conducts one day workshops for Dhamma School Teachers on teaching methods and the process of guiding the Dhamma school child to be a member of just society.
In conjunction this programme Leadership Training for Students of Dhamma Schools, awareness programme for parents of Dhamma School children are also conducted.
On the request of Affiliated YMBAs of the respective areas and according to the Association’s annual programme, these workshops have been scheduled to hold every two month, on the direct Supervision of the Association. The Lectures are being conducted by recourse personnel efficient in the relevant subjects.
Divisional Secretariat and Sasanarakshaka Mandalaya of area assist YMBA to organize these workshops, while entire cost will be borne by the Association.
Conduct of One Day Workshop for Dhamma School Teachers and Students
One day workshops are conducted for Dhamma School teachers and Dhamma School students in Colombo and other districts. These events and jointly organized by the respective Divisional Secretaries and the YMBA of the area. An eminent panel of resource personal are conducting the workshop.
